Andrew Lieber

Andrew Lieber is a Vice President on ACRE’s Credit team, where he is responsible for loan originations, credit underwriting, capital markets management, and transaction closings.

Prior to joining ACRE in 2021, he was an Associate at Spring11, a subsidiary of Newmark Knight Frank, where he was responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and deal preparation for over $1 billion of commercial real estate debt opportunities for multifamily, office and retail assets across the United States. Previously, Andrew was an Assurance Associate in the Wealth and Asset Management practice at Ernst & Young.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Finance and Masters in Accounting from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
