Sydney Schmerzler

Sydney Schmerzler is a Vice President of Investor Relations at ACRE, where she is responsible for leading the firm’s investor relations and business development efforts, including fundraising, marketing, product development, and investor communications across ACRE’s private equity and private credit strategies.

Prior to joining ACRE, Ms. Schmerzler served as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she was responsible for underwriting, analyzing, and asset managing the firm’s real estate private equity and credit investments. Her prior experience also includes 3.5 years at CBRE Global Investors on the Indirect Investment team, where she focused on institutional investment analysis and portfolio strategy.

Ms. Schmerzler holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
