Nick Vittorio

Nick Vittorio is a Senior Associate of Credit at ACRE, where he is responsible for credit underwriting, due diligence, asset management, and assisting in the execution of new investments across the firm’s private credit platform.

Prior to joining ACRE, Nick spent over two years as an Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate in the firm’s Agency Financing group. In that role, he focused on underwriting new loan originations and supporting loan workouts within special servicing.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Analysis & Development from Pennsylvania State University.
