Cara Springer

Cara Springer is an Associate on ACRE’s Credit team, where she supports the evaluation and execution of debt investment opportunities across various asset classes and markets. Prior to joining ACRE, Cara was part of the Investment Management Credit team at Rialto Capital, where she spent two and a half years working on direct lending, CMBS, and loan acquisition strategies. Her experience spans a diverse range of real estate sectors and deal structures. She also gained exposure to the commercial brokerage side of the business before transitioning to her current role. Cara earned her B.S. from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management.
