Cara Springer

Cara Springer is an Associate on ACRE’s Credit team,where she supports the evaluation and execution of debt investmentopportunities across various asset classes and markets. Prior to joining ACRE,Cara was part of the Investment Management Credit team at Rialto Capital, whereshe spent two and a half years working on direct lending, CMBS, and loanacquisition strategies. Her experience spans a diverse range of real estatesectors and deal structures. She also gained exposure to the commercialbrokerage side of the business before transitioning to her current role. Caraearned her B.S. from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics& Management.
