Shayna Spector serves as Executive Administrator and Office Manager for ACRE’s Miami office, where she provides executive, administrative, and operational support. Prior to joining ACRE, Shayna was an Executive Administrator and Project Manager at Spector & Sons and has extensive experience supporting senior leadership teams within the real estate development and commercial insurance industries.

Known for her strong organizational skills and proactive approach, Shayna is passionate about continuous learning and dedicated to driving operational excellence. She is committed to supporting organizational growth and contributing to the success of forward-thinking, vision-driven companies.

Shayna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University.
