Emily Conte is a Managing Director and Head of Global Wealth Solutions at ACRE, leading the distribution and business development efforts within the Wealth market.

Prior to joining ACRE in 2025, Ms. Conte served for 20 years in various leadership and relationship management roles within the Wealth market. Most recently, Ms. Conte spent over 14 years with Cohen & Steers as Executive Vice President, Head of Strategic Partnerships Group and Private Wealth Solutions. Previously, she was a Vice President in Relationship Management at Madison Square Investors and a Director of National Accounts at Columbia Threadneedle.

Ms. Conte has a BA from The George Washington University and is based in Boston.
