Prior to joining ACRE, Armita served as a Regional Manager at Asset Living, where she oversaw a portfolio of 1,430 units. In this role, she was highly recognized for transforming underperforming assets, maximizing Net Operating Income, and cultivating an elite performance culture among her on-site teams.
