Scott Levine

Scott Levine is a Senior Investment Associate on ACRE’s Equity team, where he leads deal origination, financial modeling, and due diligence for new investment opportunities. Prior to joining ACRE, he served as a Senior Investment Associate at RealtyMogul, managing crowdfunding capital for real estate acquisition and development joint ventures. Before that, Mr. Levine was an Investment Associate at Greystone & Co., where he helped launch the firm’s first equity platform and executed investments across private equity, real estate, and credit strategies. He began his career in Ernst & Young’s real estate valuation and consulting practice. Mr. Levine holds a B.S.B. in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
