Jyll Linkhorn

Jyll Linkhorn serves as Vice President of Operations, where she leads the operational, financial, and strategic performance initiatives for ACRE’s Equity portfolio. With more than 25 years of multifamily real estate experience, she has a distinguished track record of elevating asset performance across a wide range of property types.

Prior to joining ACRE, Jyll was Regional Vice President at Asset Living, overseeing a portfolio of more than 8,200 units. In that role, she directed multi-million-dollar renovation efforts and partnered closely with ownership groups on strategic planning, financial oversight, and market positioning. She is recognized for her expertise in driving NOI growth, optimizing occupancy, and implementing tailored, site-specific strategies for new lease-ups, stabilized communities, and large-scale value-add programs.

Jyll is also the author of Property Manager of the Year: A Multifamily Guidebook, reflecting her commitment to advancing professionalism and operational excellence within the industry. Known for her leadership and team development capabilities, Jyll fosters a culture of accountability, builds high-performing teams, and leverages technology and process improvements to enhance overall portfolio results.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel College.
