Max Hayum

Max Hayum is a Senior Vice President on ACRE’s Credit team, where he is responsible for loan originations and underwriting, capital markets strategy, and managing deal closings. Prior to joining ACRE, Max served as a Managing Director on the National Debt & Structured Finance team at Newmark, where he focused on originating and executing financing and capital placement transactions across the residential sector. Before Newmark, he was with Limekiln Real Estate Investment Management—a joint venture partner with Berkshire Residential Investments in MF1 Capital, a multifamily lending platform and active CRE CLO issuer. During his five-year tenure at Limekiln/MF1, Max played a key role in the origination and underwriting of more than $7 billion in bridge loans, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity investments nationwide. Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
