Gabriela Wood

Gabriela Wood is an Associate on ACRE’s Development team, where she is responsible for managing the full-cycle development process for ground-up construction projects across the firm’s portfolio. Her role includes oversight of due diligence, entitlements, pre-construction, design, and construction execution. Prior to joining ACRE, Gabriela was a member of the Development team at UDR, where she managed all aspects of the development lifecycle for projects totaling over $400 million along the East Coast. Her experience includes the successful delivery of The Mo, a 300-unit mixed-use development in Union Market, Washington, D.C. She began her career as a construction project manager and architect, bringing a comprehensive perspective to her development work. Gabriela holds a B.S. in Architecture from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and CREW Miami.
